Dear Family,                                                       7/21/016

So, we've had some pretty fantastic things happening this week!
Monday, I actually had a preparation day... First time in a long time!
We had a really good lesson with some investigators that we met just
because a normal family like ours invited some friends to family home
evening! How easy is that?!? I invite you to try it! What's the worst
that could happen? You help someone be happier than they ever thought
possible? Come on now (: Tuesday was just as great! We had some good
studies in the morning and then I made some cookies during our lunch
for an a girl named S who has really been investigating the
church and reading the Book of Mormon and trying to figure out what is
true and what is not. Anyways, we made cookies for our recent convert,
N, to take to a lesson that we assigned N and some of the
members to go and teach, but the rest of N's family are not
members so we decided to drop the cookies off for her to take at her
house, even though we knew she wasn't home... And because of that we
met A! We taught him of God and how to pray... And we met with
him again yesterday. He said that when we were at his house the last
time, he felt like an arrow pierce his heart when he said the prayer.
So he is coming along just great! And this is just the begging of the
stories! From Tuesday to Friday I went up to the Whiteriver and
Cibique Indian reservations up around Show Low, and those places are
like 3rd world countries. Honestly. Those places are lawless. It has
the highest per capita murder rate in the entire country! Needless to
say, I enjoyed it. I love you.
