Dearest Family!                                       11/24/16

I apologize for not writing on Monday! We didn't get to have a
Preparation day, because we were doing a Preach My Gospel Fundamentals
Workshop. Elder B and I gave the same training 18 times over three
days to every missionary in our mission. It was crazy and exhausting!
But OH SO FULFILLING. When we were doing it up in the mountains, we
stopped on our way down to the Valley, because THERE WAS SNOW! It has
been so long since I have seen snow! I LOVE SNOW!

Last week we were also up in the mountains on exchanges. IT WAS SO
MUCH FUN FIRING UP ALL THOSE MISSIONARIES UP THERE!!! Sometimes the
mountains can lull missionaries to sleep, so it is my privilege to GO
AND WAKE THEM UP! And remind them of who they really are and the
URGENCY that we need to have because of the ETERNAL CONSEQUENCES that
we can cause in the lives of those around us. IT IS MY FAVORITE THING
TO DO! For workouts on those days... we pushed a little Carolla around
the church parking lot. They have to get creative up there! There is
not a whole lot to do for workouts!

We came back and had some awesome experiences with some of our
investigators. One is getting baptized in two days! FINALLY! His name
is R and we have been working with him for a little while. He is
Italian, and has changed his lifestyle IMMENSELY since he has started
meeting with him. I honestly don't know of another individual that has
changed so much in so short of time. He was the head of one of the
biggest fraternities at ASU the biggest school in the United States.
And he did not do very good things. Drugs, girls, all of it... to the
extreme... and he is getting baptized on Saturday. The Atonement of
Jesus Christ is so real, and has the power to transform. We have been
teaching a few famous folks. And we recently taught a new investigator
the Restoration for the first time. It was powerful. When we started
talking about baptism... she demanded that she be baptized the next
day... she is pretty awesome. She will get baptized in a couple of
weeks.

Happy thanksgiving everyone! Eat a lot of food for me! I love you!

Elder Fla
